The purpose of the project is to create an action-oriented plan for a citywide transportation network that will be pedestrian friendly and reduce future traffic congestion. The plan will include a reliable mass transit component to service home, workplace and other daily destinations. The plan will also address the efficient transport and delivery of goods to and from industrial areas and commercial businesses. |
